All insurance has a financial portion that is shared between the company and the insured along with who you can see for your care. Depending on your plan selected these can widely vary. We help explain all of this so you can make the best informed decision for your family or employees.

Many insurance companies require referrals, preauthorizations, and sometimes deny something that is needed. This is common practice and we can explain the how and why and most of the time there are ways to navigate through these issues. We can give you advice or advocate on your behalf.

Our advocates will not try to sway you one way or another, but just supply you with the most information so you can make your best decision.

  • Have you gotten a large bill? Has your doctor requested a care plan that is confusing or you do not agree with? Our advocates can help pre negotiate prices before a procedure or try to negotiate after a procedure. We can also help you understand the route your physician has chosen for your plan of care and also help you ask the questions that have you puzzled. These services start at $25 and up depending on the complexity of the issue at hand.

  • We have broker and agents on staff to help you enroll in a plan whether it be an ACA plan or something a little different. We strive to make sure you know what you are purchasing.
