FAQs
What services do you offer?
I help individuals and families compare and enroll in health insurance, including Marketplace plans from carriers like BCBS, Medica and UnitedHealthcare. After you enroll, I'm still your contact for questions about networks, bills and claims. Live outside the areas I serve? I'll connect you with a trusted agent from my nationwide referral network.

Does it cost anything to work with me?
2
Enrolling in a plan is free. Insurance companies pay me a commission, so your premium is the same whether you enroll with me or on your own.
Help with bills, claims and denials starts with a free review. If your situation needs more work after that, advocacy starts as low as $15, and the final cost depends on how complex your case is. I’ll give you an estimate before any paid work begins, and nothing is billed without your OK.
When can I enroll?
3
Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage starts November 1. Outside Open Enrollment, you may still qualify for a Marketplace plan after a life event such as losing other coverage, moving, getting married or having a baby. Even without a qualifying event, other types of coverage are available year-round, so reach out anytime and I'll walk you through what's open to you.
How do I get started?
4
Fill out the contact form or email me. I'll ask about your household, your ZIP code and the doctors you want to keep, then walk you through your options.
What makes you different?
We have associates who have spent their life working in provider offices, hospitals, and insurance companies. We know the system from the moment you walk into a medical appointment all the way through the claim being processed by the insurance company.
