CAS Healthcare Solutions ("we," "us") is an independent insurance agency owned by Amy Unger, a licensed life and health insurance agent (NPN 18862217), based in Oklahoma City, OK. This policy explains what information we collect through cashealthcaresolution.org, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, state, ZIP code, who in your household needs coverage, and anything you include in a message.
Information needed to quote or enroll you, if you choose to work with us, such as dates of birth, household income, current coverage, doctors and prescriptions. We collect this by phone or another secure method, never through the website form.
Information collected automatically: our website host, Squarespace, and its security tools (including Google reCAPTCHA) may collect your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To respond to your questions and provide the services you ask for.
To compare plans, check your eligibility for savings, and help you enroll.
To help with bills, claims and appeals you ask us to work on.
To meet our legal and licensing obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With insurance companies and the Health Insurance Marketplace, when you ask us to quote or enroll you.
With providers or insurers involved in a claim or bill you've asked us to work on, with your permission.
With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and email, who may use it only for that purpose.
When required by law, regulation, or a request from an insurance regulator.
How we protect it
Client records are stored electronically and accessed only over a secure, encrypted connection (VPN). No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please don't send Social Security numbers, medical records or financial account numbers through the contact form.
How long we keep it
We keep records for 5 years. Medical records we receive while helping you are kept for 10 years.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
